Meet Fiona & Georgie

Knox Nutrition is a mother and daughter practice, built on a shared dream: helping people support their health through eating real food, plants and lifestyle. Whichever of us you work with, you'll leave with a personalised, practical plan designed to fit your life, whatever stage you're at.

For twenty years I worked in research and development at some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, in roles around the globe. I saw first-hand what modern medicine can do, and how much our food, environment and lifestyle shape our health alongside it.

When we moved back to England, I followed a growing passion to understand a more natural approach to health and studied for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, alongside my eldest daughter, Georgie. I’m now a Nutritional Therapist, a member of the ANP and registered with the CNHC.

My scientific background shapes everything I do. I take time to understand your health history, look at the underlying factors that may be affecting how you feel, and suggest functional testing where it adds real insight. I particularly enjoy supporting gut health, women’s health and helping you to thrive in midlife and beyond, and I work alongside GPs, not in place of them.

Outside the clinic I grow my own vegetables, practise yoga and lift weights. In quieter moments, you'll find me engrossed in a jigsaw.

Georgie

I was diagnosed with PMOS, then known as PCOS, at 21, after years of hormonal symptoms that no one had joined up. I didn't want another prescription. I wanted an explanation. So I started changing what I ate and how I lived, and gradually I began to feel like myself again.

That experience turned a lifelong love of food into something more. I grew up cooking alongside my mother and grandmother, trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, and qualified as an IIN Certified Health Coach in 2022. I then spent three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, training alongside my mum, to become a qualified Nutritional Therapist. I’m a member of the ANP and registered with the CNHC.

I take the time to understand what might actually be going on, then build a plan that's clear, easy to follow and made for you. Just as important, I want you to understand why each change matters, so that small, achievable steps become habits that support your health every day. I particularly enjoy working with women's health, gut health, fertility and pregnancy, and sports nutrition.

Away from the clinic I run, lift weights and cycle, and I’m always hunting for quicker ways to eat well in a busy week. My friends are used to me sharing a quick tip or a new favourite recipe.
